The cutting is done. Took a lot of massaging but it's worth it. Will probably grind and re-round the middle section to better match the height since my hatch sits a little higher than the sides when closed (I've noticed this on a lot of S30's). Waiting on rivnuts to arrive via mail to attach the thing now.

    Here's a preview.

Another round of modifications to the fiberglass and I've finally got all the pilot holes drilled and everything lines up! I got a new rivnut tool as a birthday gift. Paint goes on tomorrow and it's ready to be bolted on. I would caution anyone else that wants to buy cheap fiberglass parts, be prepared to do the work if you want all your lines straight.

Did you scream when you drilled the first hole through?
After that it didn't matter, right?

Also installed a hover drive. Brand new technology.

FYI that video shows that the lock washers are missing. If you use the properly shouldered high grade bolts with lock washers and thin nuts like factory, no problem.

Thanks! That's good to know. It had enough grime on it to convince me that was all stock.

I bought a used 240 clock as a replacement last fall. Finally got around to benching it today and giving it a new face and lights to match the rest of my gauges.

                      not sure what you mean.

I got a new urethane airdam and a new full dash cover. Will install on the car when the snow melts

Got the car started up this week, I finally have a new phone so I recorded a clip of it idling. Missed the sound and smell

I swapped the brake master cylinder for a new one and it has helped the braking situation from last year, but not solved it. I suspect something is up with the booster now? I don't know... I'm going to ask for help in a seperate thread from this one.

New airdam is on. Looks wicked, I'm very happy with it. Wet sand, 2 coats of paint, another wet sand for touch ups, and a final coat.

Looking good. Where did you source your fender mirrors? Been trying to find a decent set but man are they expensive. What width and offset are those wheels? There 15's right? 15" tire selection is getting difficult

I got them from a member on here for a good price: http://www.ontariozcar.com/ozc/member/587-curtis they're authentic and would have cost me a fortune.

wheels are 15x10, 38 offset. 225/50/15. I couldn't get tires at any shop locally, but found an awesome selection at http://www.quattrotires.com/ with really good prices and fast shipping. They're a stretch fit and it's not for everyone but I love the look.

What spring package did you put on? I am running adjustable illuminas and eibach lowering springs. It lowered about 1.5 inches. I had to cut/weld fenders when i installed the rotas with the negative offset and flares as there wasnt enough suspension travel room without doing so...
