Hey guys.....its been a while.....just curious to know who is good at fixing floors..... (Umberto here ...got a burgundy 72- 240....for those who don't know who I'm ...ask JP..I think he'll remember me ...LOL

If there is any significant rust ans especially the under lying box rail you should aquire floor pans from Charlie Osborn in kingston

Thanks for the response....... the support rails running down the pan are rusted and falling apart ..(.I would like more info on Charlie just in case ) but I don't have the room, hoist or welding equipment to do the job myself......Any suggestions to someone that can do the work ?

If this can wait until spring, and depending on where you are, i know someone. My brother restored the floors/frames etc in a good dozen or so of these cars for someone who was hauling them up from upper states for awhile. Only caveat is his new shop won't be built till spring, and he is in Ottawa. He works out of backyard shop so his rates are decent.
